Legislative Assembly of British Columbia (the name of this building), it has Canada geese on the lawns, as well as a WWI monument (expanded to include WWII, Korea, and Afganistan), and a very nice totem pole. It dominates the south side on the Inner Harbor. (The Empress Hotel dominates the east side.)
